Tony Vermeulen is based in Amsterdam and has a focus on commercial litigation and commercial contracts, including post-M&A litigation and insolvency proceedings.
Tony has extensive trial experience in Dutch courts, the Netherlands Commercial Court (NCC) and before (international) arbitral tribunals.
He previously worked as a litigator at top tier law firms in Rotterdam (Loyens & Loeff), Amsterdam (Pogust Goodhead), and New York (Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison).
Tony regularly publishes on procedural law matters and was a head lecturer teaching the rules of evidence at the Law Firm School.
