Tony Vermeulen is based in Amsterdam and has a focus on commercial litigation and commercial contracts, competition litigation, post-M&A claims and insolvency proceedings.
Tony has extensive trial experience in Dutch courts, the Netherlands Commercial Court (NCC) and before (international) arbitral tribunals.
He previously worked as a litigator at top tier law firms in Amsterdam (Pogust Goodhead), Rotterdam (Loyens & Loeff) and New York (Paul, Weiss).
Tony regularly publishes on procedural law matters and was a head lecturer teaching the rules of evidence at the Law Firm School.
